PANEL 03 · NEXT STEP

Answer six questions so your call is built around you

Where is your vertical right now?

PANEL 04 · THE COMPLETE ATHLETE SYSTEM

One system. Four parts. Measured on camera.

  1. 01

    Filmed baseline

We film and measure your vertical on day one. Every gain after that lives on camera.

    REC · BASELINE00:00:01TAKEOFF LINEREACHHIP °

Day 1 film: takeoff line, hip angle, reach mark. Measured, not guessed.

  2. 02

A plan built around your body

Your plan starts from your injuries, your schedule and your weak links. No two clients run the same week.

YOUR WEEK · NOT A PDFMTWTFSSINOUT: DEPTH JUMPS · IN: BOX JUMPS

Week 6: knee flared on landing. Depth jumps out, box jumps in.

  3. 03

    Weekly coached adjustments

Weekly check-ins. The plan adapts to your recovery and your life.

    TRAINING LOAD · 12 WKCOACH NOTEDELOADDELOADWK 1WK 12

Load drops at weeks 4 and 8 on purpose. The plan bends so you don't break.

  4. 04

    Monthly measured re-test

Re-filmed and re-measured every month. The camera is the scoreboard.

PANEL 05 · THE GUARANTEE

You can't lose this bet

Follow the plan, add 4+ inches in 12 weeks, or I keep coaching you free until you do. And the inches never come alone. In those same 12 weeks you get stronger, leaner, more mobile and more explosive. I take the risk. You do the work.

PANEL 06 · MY STORY

My Story

Junior year I dropped 38 points in the first game of the season. College coaches were emailing. Then COVID took the season, and a rebound in an Arizona tournament took my knee. Partial ACL tear.

I didn't listen. I trained around it, felt strong, and went up for a dunk at an open gym. My leg gave out before I left the ground. Full tear. Surgeons rebuilt my knee with a dead man's ACL. My recruiters wished me luck and moved on.

Everyone around me said the same thing. Hang it up. The sport wasn't meant for someone like me. Too short, too hurt, too late. I heard it enough that I almost believed it.

I dunked again 3 months after surgery. At 6 months I tried out for my college team and didn't make it. That part stays in the story because it's true.

So I kept lifting. By year three my leg felt normal and I was jumping higher than before the tear. Today my running vertical is 43 inches. Everything I coach comes from earning it back.

If someone has already decided what your body can't do, I built this for you.

PANEL 07 · QUESTIONS

FAQ

Is this a real person or a program in a PDF?

A real person. I build your plan. I read your check-ins. I make the changes myself. The app just delivers it.

How do I know this will actually work for me?

You shouldn't know. You've been burned by programs that ran on faith. This one runs on film. Baseline on camera day one, re-test every month, same protocol every time. If the number isn't moving, we change the plan, not the story.

I work full time. Will this fit my schedule?

Most programs are written for a 19-year-old with nothing but time. You have a job and a life. So the plan starts from your real week, and when your week blows up, the plan bends instead of you breaking. That's what a coach is for.

I always fall off programs. What happens when I do?

You don't have a discipline problem. You have a nobody-noticed problem. Free programs die because nobody sees you skip. Here, someone sees. You check in every week, and when life hits, the plan adjusts instead of you quitting.

What if I have a bad knee or old injuries?

That's most of my clients. It's why we start with an assessment, not a jump program. We train around what hurts and rebuild what failed, so pain stops deciding your progress. Anything medical gets cleared by a professional first.

Don't you just need good genetics to jump high?

Genetics is real. It sets your range. Training decides where in that range you land, and your range is bigger than you think. And dunking is reach plus vert, not height. Shorter guys throw down because they train both sides of that equation.

I'm over 30. Is it too late?

No. Your body still adapts. It just stopped being trained right. You won't train like a 17-year-old, and that's exactly why this works.

How fast do I see something?

Honest answer: this takes months, not weeks. If you want 10 inches by Friday, I'm not your guy. Most clients feel the difference in the first month. The guarantee is measured at week 12, on camera.

Done jumping the same height month after month?

Six questions. One free call. A real answer.

10 total spots. When they're full, the door closes.
